The Court denied Plaintiff's motion to file under seal on April 16, 2025. Plaintiff has filed nothing since. The case is languishing. While the Court set a deadline of May 31, 2025 for an initial status report (Dckt. No. 14), the Court expects Plaintiff to move a case forward before the initial status report.
