Plaintiff has now filed a supplemental response 18 indicating that it previously named all of these defendants in at least two prior cases, including one in which Plaintiff amended to name just one defendant after the presiding judge questioned the propriety of joinder. Filing a claim, then dismissing it in anticipation of an adverse ruling on joinder and then filing a new suit that represents the same claim before a different judge constitutes forum shopping.
