Hunt: Upon review of Plaintiff's motion for electronic service of process [19] and other filings, the Court observes that Plaintiff has not provided evidence of Defendant having sold a product using the allegedly infringing photograph in Illinois. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant sells products using Plaintiff's copyrighted photograph of a dress, but Plaintiff has provided evidence that Defendant sold a product in Illinois using a different photograph of a shirt. To establish personal jurisdiction over Defendant, Plaintiff must establish that Defendant actually sold a product using the allegedly infringing photograph at issue to a customer in Illinois.
