| 2023-10-30 | PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. On July 25, 2023, Plaintiff CreeLED, Inc. filed its Complaint [1] alleging (1) trademark counterfeiting and infringement pursuant to � 32 of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. � 1114; (2) false designation of origin pursuant to � 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. � 1125(a); (3) common law unfair competition; and (4) common law trademark infringement against "the Individuals, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Associations. set forth on Schedule 'A' hereto." [1] at 1, 16-20. The Complaint did not include a Schedule A, but stated that "Plaintiff will be moving to file Schedule 'A' under seal." Id. at 1. More than three months have passed, and Plaintiff has failed to file such a motion (or any other motion). Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE on or before close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 as to why the Court should not close this case for failure to prosecute. Signed by Judge K.
