2026-03-31 PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Second Motion to Extend the Temporary Restraining Order Dated March 5, 2026. 40. Therein, Plaintiffs request that the Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") entered by the Court on March 5, 2026 (ECF No. 20) "be extended to maintain the status quo until the Court rules on Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction" ("PI Motion") (ECF No. 34). See (ECF No. 40) at 3. On March 13, 2026, the Court referred the PI Motion to United States Magistrate Judge Ellen F. D'Angelo. See (ECF No. 35). The Court previously entered a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") that is set to expire on March 19, 2026. (ECF No. 20).
