Holleb Hotaling: The Court initiated two off-the-record pre-settlement calls with Plaintiff and Defendants WADECX, WADEWE, and WADEWW (hereafter, the "Defendants") on 12/1/2025 and 12/5/2025. Defendants were further ordered to email Judge Holleb Hotaling's chambers email by 1/14/2026 with formation documents for each of the three Defendant entities so that they court may determine the legal status of each of the Defendants.
